Shipping & Delivery
We provide two parent-friendly shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 day delivery with door-to-door tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 day delivery with the same careful packaging
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days with protective packaging designed specifically for baby products.
We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before your due date to account for delivery time and any unexpected needs. Our Chicago-based team prioritizes careful handling of these critical items.
We ship worldwide except certain Asian territories (due to customs restrictions) and remote areas without reliable courier service. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date because we understand babies grow fast! Most items can be returned by contacting us at [email protected] for prepaid return labels. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Note: For safety reasons, car seats may have special return conditions.
We take extra care in packaging all baby gear, but if damage occurs, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and work with our logistics partners to prevent future issues.
