We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping for your little one’s essentials. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Timeframe

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Important Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used car seats (including I-Size car seats, Child Car Seats, and Baby Car Seats)
  • Personal care items removed from original packaging
  • Custom or special order items like personalized blankets/quilts
  • Products with missing safety components (e.g., Isofix Bases without all original parts)

Car Seat Note: All car seats must be returned uninstalled with all original tags and manuals to be eligible for return.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Product name(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (including whether return shipping is prepaid)
  • Any special packaging requirements (especially important for large items like Cot Beds or Double Tandem Strollers)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please repackage items securely in their original packaging whenever possible. For fragile items like Changing Stations or Cribs, we recommend additional padding.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method (unless otherwise requested)

Note: International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs vary based on your situation:

  • Defective/wrong item received: We provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind (U.S. customers): Customer pays $12.95 for standard items
  • Change of mind (International customers): Customer pays actual return shipping costs
  • Large items (Cot Beds, Furniture): Contact us first for case-by-case arrangements

Exchange Policy

We happily exchange most items within 15 days of delivery. For exchanges:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

Popular exchange requests include sizing changes for Blankets/Quilts or color preferences for Bouncers, Rockers & Swings.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a Car Seat Accessory with missing parts):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost

Safety First

If you suspect a safety issue with any of our products (particularly Car Seats or Baby Walkers & Entertainers), please stop using the item immediately and contact us at [email protected]. Your family’s safety is our top concern.
